St John’s is engaged in reaching out to people with the good news of God’s love and forgiveness by assisting people with their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
Here are some of our mission outreaches to our local community
- Run a food bank out of the church for anyone who needs it. Our food shelves are regularly re-stocked by our parishioners.
- Supply toiletries, food, clothing etc to a shelter for homeless youth in the Portsmouth area.
- Sponsor support for a Syrian Refugee family
- Support a mission and outreach to international students
- And much more!
